Certus Construction Services have been appointed by Crawford & Co to carry out the reinstatement work following a severe fire to two Victorian terraces in Leeds.
Both properties suffered high levels of damage and require extensive refurbishment works.
The properties have a phased handover with the first one being handed back at the end of July 25.
