Certus Construction Services are currently partnering with Vico Homes carrying out planned kitchen and bathroom replacement to occupied properties across the Wakefield district.
Certus are supporting Vico Homes with a resident liaison service supporting clients throughout the process, including:
- Arranging initial surveys
- Taking customer choices
- Preparing the customer for the works, including making provisions for elderly and vulnerable clients
- Support throughout the installation, including responding to concerns or complaints
The scheme involves the replacement of approx. 300 components per year, opening 7 properties a week.
