Following escape of water and after the property had been dried, Certus was appointed to remove all the affected areas and reinstate the property back to its former glory.
The works initially included a new kitchen and a new bathroom. But once we could see the bare structure we received instruction to replace the ground floor and carry out significant brickwork repairs.
The property was handed over with the client and contract administrator noting zero defects! A testament to the effort of the building team and the supervisors.
