Certus was appointed by Novus Property Solutions to install new kitchen and bathrooms to occupied properties across the Sheffield region on behalf of Sheffield City Council.
We provided a full turnkey solution to Novus supplying all elements of the works including removal of existing kitchen and bathroom, electrical alterations, plumbing alterations, installation of new kitchens, bathrooms & wet rooms, plastering, tiling and decorations.
The works were carried out in tenanted properties so particular attention was taken regarding protection of belongings before and during the works and ensuring tenants had adequate power, water and cooking/cleaning facilities throughout. In total we installed 29 kitchens and 24 bathrooms to tenanted properties on a rolling programme.
