We have worked with local authorities and housing associations to create or convert homes to ensure they can be fully accessed by people who use wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.
We have experience installing new level access wet rooms, new paths and ramps, enlarging existing openings and adapting the existing heating and lighting systems.
Disabled Facilities Grants
Funding for adaptations can be provided by the government and local councils. This funding is in the form of a disabled facilities grant. The grants are awarded based on a set criteria and awarded to cover the cost of the works required to your home.
