Certus Construction Services have been awarded a place on the Berneslai Homes framework for repairs maintenance and minor works.
Berneslai Homes is Barnsley Council’s award-winning Housing company responsible for managing and maintain homes on behalf of Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council. They manage 18,350 properties and provide all the landlord services to the council tenants in Barnsley. We are looking forward to assisting them in delivery planned upgrades and maintenance to the tenants across Barnsley.
Framework Details:
- Contract: JCT Measured Term Contract 2016
- Duration: 16th October 2023 – 31st March 2025 + option to extend for a further 1 x 5 months and 1 x 6 months (Total period 28.5 months)
- Total Contract Value for all Lots: £4 million
The framework was split up in to 12 Lots and we have been awarded places on to Lots 1 and 2.
- Lot 1 – Installation of Kitchens
- Lot 2 – Installation of Bathroom, Wet Rooms, and Shower Rooms
We are looking forward to supporting the organisation and their clients from the end of October installing new kitchens and new bathrooms, shower rooms and wet rooms.
