Contract: Procure Plus – Framework Agreement for Installation and Repair

National framework provider ProCure Plus have confirmed the approved contractors for its latest installation and repair framework and Certus Construction Group have been successful awarded a place in a number of lots!
Procure Plus provide a range of framework agreements that provide a cost-effective source of supply for social housing providers to purchase services they need to build and maintain their housing stock.
The framework is broken down into various lots covering Yorkshire and the Humber and the North East and Certus have been appointed to the following lots:
- Lot 2 Kitchen installation works, Yorkshire and Humberside
- Lot 4 Bathroom installation works, Yorkshire and Humberside
- Lot 8 Adaptation installation works, Yorkshire and Humberside
- Lot 20 Whole house installation works, Yorkshire and Humberside
- Lot 22 Minor and major repair works to void properties, Yorkshire and Humberside
